you can be a COMPLETE newbie. As long as you
possess the skills I am about to share with you,
people will BE more than happy to take out their
credit cards.
In the past few weeks, I’ve received a lot of emails
from my readers wanting to know the REAL secrets on
turning their visitors onto potential buyers. They
told me things such as:
-> Monika, even though I got a lot of visitors to
my blog, I am NOT able to get people to subscribe
to my e-newsletter. What Should I do? I have put
up the pop-up screen, include the opt-in form.
Still, no one cares on opting-in.
-> Monika, I heard from a lot of marketers that we
are able to make a lot of money by selling affiliate
products. However, I have DONE whatever it takes to
send traffic to the affiliate products with Traffic
exchanges, guaranteed hits, and even solo ads. YET,
I got NO SALE. What should I do?

The mistake some marketers make is that they go ahead
and drive the wrong type of traffic. It means they
FAIL to TARGET the needs and wants of their audience.
It also means they FAIL to understand what it is they
need to do to get their visitors to opt-in to their
e-newsletter or product offer.
For example:
Let’s say that you have decided to spend the day doing
a little shopping as you are in need of a new computer.
First of all, you wouldn’t go to a dress shop to find
the computer you are looking for. Absolutely NOT!
Secondly, you are NOT going to go inside every computer
store along the avenue of stores. Instead you do a little
window shopping to decide which of the stores appear to
have what you are looking for.
Since you have NOT yet entered the store, you are
considered a visitor. The same as those people who pass
by your website. However, once you enter the store,
you are now considered a potential prospect.
So what is it the sales clerk does to help you decide
on what is the best computer that will fit what you
want and need to be solve your computer problem?
She knows the problems you are facing with your old
computer as she has been in the computer business for
some time. She tells you what the particular computer
your are looking for, will do for you. She tells you
exactly how it is, you will benefit from getting this
computer now.
Now since you have NOT yet decided it you want to
get it now or wait until you think about it more, she
asks you to give her your name and email address. In
other words, you have given the sales clerk the permission
to send her information about their services.
What I’m trying to say is this…
You can’t just put up a sales page and expect people
to automatically purchase your product. Instead you
need to FIGURE out what are the problems people are
facing in your industry. Focus on ONE solution that
can help them solve their problems. In other words,
give them a reason for why it is, they need to have
your product NOW.
Think about this for a moment…
>> What is it, that BIG Businesses do to sell 1,000,000′s
of dollars worth of products online everyday?
>> What is it, that TOP Marketers do to get a conversion
rate up to 82% or higher everytime they recommend
products and services to their audience?
There are simple steps, really.

I am NOT referring to JUST any traffic you can purchase
on the internet for a few bucks. Instead, I am referring
to people who are interested with what you have to offer
to them. For example:
If your target market wants to know how to make an apple
juice, you need to make sure, that your conversion is
focusing on teaching people how to make a good apple
juice for sure.
If your target market wants to know how to get their
ex-girlfriend back, you need to make sure, that your are
going to help them how to get their ex-girlfriend with
the fastest, easiest, and most efficient ways possible.
This is HOW you are able to get the highest conversion
possible for every product and service you offer to
the market. The question is…
“How Do You Get Targeted Traffic?”
-> How do we make sure, we find the RIGHT audience
for our business?
-> How do we make sure, that those people who go to
our website say “YES” on becoming our subscribers?
-> How do we convince them to say “YES” on getting
those products and services that we recommend to
them?

Now, I am NOT talking about just any squeeze page.
Instead, I am referring to a squeeze page that will

A. The word “Squeeze” means, that I am going to
squeeze you. NOPE, this is NOT a joke. Seriously,
it means that when you get on my website, there
are ONLY two things you need to do:

-> Leave my website.
This is the rule in my business. If you are not
willing to give me your personal information,
you NEED to leave my website.
>> There will be no negotiation
>> There is no need to tell me, how bad I am.
>> There is no what if…
>> This is a FIXED deal.
It is as simple as that.
B. The word “Page” means, it is only ONE page.
It also means, that before you access any of my
other pages, you need to tell me, WHO you are,
and HOW I can contact you in the future.
So a squeezepage is a website, especially written
and designed, to give your visitors access to
your gift, for example an e-book, audio, video
or free report, in exchange for their name, email
and telephone number.

Before you rush out and create ANY page with
ANY gift, there are some CRUTIAL elements,
you need to think about.
“What are you referring to, Monika?”
Look at it, from a visitors point of view. What
goes through YOUR mind, when you visit a
website for the first time?
Would you ask yourself things like…
1. Will this gift HELP me, to solve my current
problems?
2. Will I benefit in any other way, when I give my
personal information?
3. Will this marketer just spam me?
It is FACT, that people do not come to a website,
to buy the products you offer. People come to a
website, because they are looking for a solution to
a problem they are facing right now.
It is also FACT, that people want to know
“What Is In It For Me (WIIIFM)?
So you need to motivate your visitors, by telling
them EXACTLY, what your main intentions are in
the first place.
This is how your audience will see the NEED
to opt-into your list today.
See, it is not just another page, it is really
>THE PLACE, were you INTRODUCE yourself
and your business visions to your prospect clients.
>THE PLACE, were you MOTIVATE your audience
to opt-into your list.
>THE PLACE, were you CONVINCE your visitors,
that you have the solution, they are looking for.

I am sure, you heard that each subscriber you
receive, is equal to $1 to $ 1.50 per month for
your business.
Well, this is only true, as long as you treat each
subscriber right, as well as start building a strong
relationship with each one of them, right from

Customers most likely will not buy from you
the first time, they see your offer. That means,
